Description of Technical Paradigm

Recruiting-as-a-Service Expensive big box recruiting companies are losing ground to cutting edge boutique agencies who offer Recruiting-as-a-Service. Employee acquisition with RaaS is a cost effective and convenient alternative to traditional recruiting services. The RaaS business model operates much like its Software-as-a-Service counterpart in that instead of paying a large price tag up front, you pay an affordable subscription cost. In return, you get your own on-demand and highly specialized technical recruitment team. Recruiting as a Service (RaaS) functions like an on-demand recruiter, where instead of charging a percentage of the new employee’s salary, companies only pay a flat monthly rate. The RaaS provider uses the job listing provided by the client, and matches it up with the best prospects available. Then, they begin the screening process by completing both the interview, and technical evaluations BEFORE sending the applicant to the client. This eliminates nearly all of the time commitment that makes in-house recruitment such a timesink. By only being connected to applicants who have been evaluated and vetted in advance, the company only interfaces with a small pool of applicants that are most likely to be the best match for the role. As a result, Recruiting-as-as-Service saves companies valuable time and money that would be wasted by pursuing traditional recruiting methods.

I like how easy it is to use, you can do basic searches with just one click of your mouse! The ability for me as an individual recruiter or agency owner (or both) in different states/countries across North America - we have been able reach out quickly via email & text messages which makes our process very efficient from start till finish!! There are some things that could be improved upon but they will come over time once more agencies get their hands into this product first hand. If anyone…

I love that TPA has many different options to choose from, including recruiting software or sourcing agents in their network (if you're interested). The platform allows for customization so it can be very effective if used correctly! It is important when selecting an agency with your staffing needs; make sure they are able too assist as much during onboarding / training time vs just providing services after hiring process completed/hired employees started working at client location - this will
