I really like that this system is easy to use, as well as very intuitive for newbies in business world such as myself! The ease of use, it's ability to integrate with our ERP system, all screens are customizable so we can tailor them for each store/department. I like that when there is an issue (which happens daily), support responds immediately and gets back to you quickly with solutions.
