Thought these would be the last shower hoses I would ever buy. In less than 7 months, the first hose that was installed near one of the fittings developed a blister. The water pressure dropped to almost zero. Glad I bought 2 of these. Don't waste your $$

This product came packaged in a nicely wrapped box and boxed. The product seems even better than the advertisement. I've been using it for a week, I like everything judging by the photo. If it has a five year warranty then I would say it deserves SIX stars. Many Thanks

I found the slick finish to be a downside, but after some time of use I realized that. The hose he replaced had ripped off virtually all of the coating on the surfaces it was sliding on. TECI works smoothly. The pivot hardware eliminates the tendency to twist and kink and takes all the pressure my setup can exert.

Broke after 3 months and my money not returned. It seems that the inner hose exploded because there was almost no water pressure, and a bulge formed at the end of the hose that connects to the shower head. It's funny that I spent more money on this because I thought it looked durable. Turns out it's just a cheap Chinese product in a fancy box to fool you.

I am very happy with this shower hose. It was very easy to install and doesn't leak. It was also very affordable. The length allows me to reach the entire tub which makes cleaning easier. The only thing I don't like about her is that she's not very stylish. It's basically a long black hose. It would be nice if there was at least a choice of white or beige; But given all the other good qualities, I can live with that.

I really like that it has swivels on both ends. The plastic hose can be quite stiff at first, but once you run hot water through it, it relaxes and can be bent into the desired position. I may have gone too far, but it's better to have it and not need it than not have it. There are no leaks yet. It came with extra pucks which are much appreciated. Appears to be a very high quality product. I was also surprised that it rotates from both ends. I've never seen that with other shower hoses.
