Great product and great support!

This scanner impressed me. It works well right out of the box. Configuration parameters are easily set by scanning special barcodes indicated in the manual. Custom prefixes are available through the company's customer support email address and are fast, courteous and helpful. I'm picky and had a lot of questions about my app and they were always there for me. You'll probably want to immediately turn down the volume of the "scan successful" beep. A high value is the default and is probablyโ€ฆ

Difficult-to-read mobile phone displays

We liked the price and appearance of these devices. We first ordered one to test with our POS system and the device seemed to scan quickly and accurately. After initial testing, we bought ten more for our counters. It was bad here. I'm not sure if it was due to ambient lighting or just different screen brightness levels on customers' phones, but the devices were struggling to read the QR code. We tried different angles, turned the devices away from the light, asked customers to increase theโ€ฆ
