Nothing special. I bought it because the one I received at work was excruciatingly annoying as it was very confusing and made it difficult to take calls, but this one I've had for about 2 months has 2 creases (which is normal is when you come across such cables). still works well and is the perfect length. It also takes up very little space when the phone is not in use.

Very impressed with this phone cord. I bought one at the store and it quickly started tangling and interfering with the cords where I couldn't hear anything unless I held it a certain way. I've read reviews of this product and so far I like it. Cable quality, sound quality, perfect length. I highly recommend this phone cord. I also love that there are two packs!

Buy this item for a relative who still uses a regular corded home phone. The cable, as they often do, started shorting out and had to be replaced. This item comes with two cables which is great. A simple product, easy to use and install, in addition to a great price. Yes, highly recommended and will buy again if phone is still available at home when worn out. 😆

The handset cord was causing severe static electricity on one of our office phones. We chose this cable set because of the price and the fact that it comes with 2 cables. We have several phones and original cords on other phones in the office have become very good due to static for callers. It's good to have an extra one. We've only been using this cable for a few days, but the clarity is much better with it.

We were told that the cable was slightly damaged with a tear in the middle. Landline phone and let it hang for a while, gravity did the job. My hands are disabled and I cannot use my cell phone. In fact, it's not that easy to find short cords for a landline phone, especially in white. I appreciate these being available and your diligent observation.

I bought it for office phones and when I plugged it in, horror horror horror! there was static electricity.
