Bought this for my husband who likes to take pictures with his phone. He does not have the ability to understand the simplest devices! I'm not very helpful. But it came and he took it out of the box, put it on his camera and started filming it all! Now I must have one for my phone!

I haven't really tried to use that much (yet), but I just tried again 2 days ago. I found that because it's so "heavy" for a phone, a good picture would be shaky. It's very difficult to line it up properly for a quick shot, so you'd better be prepared and not have a fast-moving subject. But hopefully there's something for the price.

I have a nice box cover that I use for deer hunting. Although I'm a hunter, I don't shoot everything. I don't shoot women for rent. I have distances of up to 250 yards on my shooting lanes and I love taking videos of wild animals going outside. I have ram mounts on each window of my blinds that are used to hold my iPhone. This 20x zoom lens lets you record videos up close. I've played with it and am very impressed!

Not recommended. This is a cheap lens of almost trash quality. The description is very dishonest about his abilities. No matter how well you try to focus the image will be blurry, even with a tripod, no wind and with a stationary target the quality is beyond anything I can think of. The movable ring on the holder makes it very painful to use. - an attempt to universally connect it to all phones had the opposite effect.

Added photo of San Clemente Pier, two miles away Lens works very well, can't match the price. I had two problems, don't try to take a picture unless using a tripod. Another problem is that you can't use it if your phone has a protective case because the lens doesn't sit on top of the phone's lens. I went to the store for 99 cents, bought a case and cut off the corner to fit the lens. The zoom works very well but it takes a while to set everything up. I am happy with the overall performance.

GARBAGE! I tried to mount this "zoom" lens and it WILL NOT stick, I had to hold onto the bottom of the clip the whole time, but when I try to adjust the zoom or when I move the iPhone, it releases it is. This list greatly exaggerates how detailed objects can be captured from a distance. I told myself over and over that I must be using the oscilloscope incorrectly because I didn't want to accept that the list was just a lie. I have several rabbits. What the telescope shows is almost identical to how well you can see objects (birds in my case) with the naked eye. So. it's nothing special at all. Maybe newer phones will have better luck, but that's because the PHONE is better, NOT THE APPLICATION.
