I have returned this product. It didn't look like the topper I bought directly from Tempurpedic with the same description.

I am cured of scabies after using this product. I couldn't return the item because it didn't fit in the box. After being diagnosed, I threw the product away. This is the second bedding I've bought from Amazon

I intend to be brief and not lengthy. One of our family members has serious back problems. It's bad enough to cause numbness and pain in the legs. We have a Tempur-Pedic mattress at home, but we were unsure if buying another one was worth the investment. Instead we decided to try this. Since we bought this topper and put it on the bed, the back pain has decreased, the leg pain has decreased and sleep has improved.

Good news: Revain shipped the topper in a large box. I've been wondering why there was one box from the manufacturer, then another box, then a third much larger box. When I opened the order I saw a large defect on the top of the lid. Revan promptly sent a replacement. However, it was very difficult to return the topper in the manufacturer's packaging. My wife and I both suffer from back pain; some as a result of the onset of aging and in my case also as a result of trauma. We slept on a fairly hard and fairly comfortable regular mattress. However, we had back pains which I put down to age etc. When we visited our youngest daughter, who was pregnant at the time, she said that after about 6 months of pregnancy she was having terrible back pain. A friend recommended this topper to her and she swears it has almost completely eliminated her pain.

I purchased this product (from the Marines) for moderate to severe back pain.
