This is not a pluggable device. Wrong instructions

I bought this camera to replace an old version of another Tenveo camera. It's supposed to connect automatically when you just connect to a computer. no The computer recognizes the camera, shows it as an option in Zoom, Photobooth, etc. But it only produces a black image. I tried this on two different computers. I tried to test it on the brand's website. no troubleshooting options. Now I had to send it back and look for another brand.

Ideal for broadcasting a church service live.

We were using a Canon camcorder for live broadcast and decided we needed PTZ capability. We bought Tenveo NV10A and couldn't be happier. The screen quality and the PTX function are great for the price. Installation and setup was easy. We will buy a PTZ keyboard controller because the remote control doesn't work where we need to position the camera, but this is an object problem, not a camera problem. Save some money on expensive brands and buy Tenveo.

Excellent video quality, the number of controllers working with the camera is limited

The video quality of the camera is clear and bright. We couldn't get another brand RS485 controller to work with the camera. Also tried the USB 485 card and the camera control software with the PelcoP and PelcoD protocols without success. We tried to get technical support but to no avail. We ended up using an IR repeater and remote control to control the camera. Not a big compromise, but not that professional either. Your controller brand costs four times more than the controller we were trying
