Good Winter Staple Best in Active Base Layers

I love this turtleneck sweater. I needed a barrier between myself and my wool sweaters as I'm allergic to wool but I love the warmth wool gives so this was a great option. I like that it's warm and has thumb holes so it doesn't ride up around my arms and doesn't pinch me too much as I have a large bust - 34DD. I ordered the large as I wanted some space and the large size fitted perfectly. I'm 5" x 3", athletic build and 150 pounds. Usually base layers like this are too small for my shoulders…

Beautiful, warm and so gentle!

This is the perfect base layer for my ski wear or just to wear as is. The stretch, lines and length are so flattering and beautiful! I just got back and bought the white one too. For reference, I'm 5'9", 132 lbs, 34 DD, small to medium in tops and size 4 in pants. I have a longer torso and this brief is great. ! It's long enough to cover my pants, which is what I'm looking for in a top. Also, the sleeves are long enough for me to use the thumb holes, which is rare for a girl my size, so I'm a…

comfortable and warm but the neck is too loose

Bought this to wear as a base layer when skiing. I usually wear M or L and the L size is perfect for me - it fits but not too much and that's how the base layer should be. It's long enough to stay pinched. The material is very soft. However I don't like the neck, it's VERY loose so it looks very weird and saggy, lots of air gets in and it doesn't warm well. The side pocket is right at the waist so I can't imagine ever putting anything in it, it's a pretty useless feature. huge neck. (I think it

I liked it so much I bought a second one

Love living in this shirt. I've worn it to the office as underwear or alone. I wore it as a base layer jacket in Iceland in the winter. I never get too hot. He is breathing. That's convenient. Excellent quality. I love the thumb loops and high neckline that keep the wind out of your face. I liked it so much and wore it more than thermals that I had to buy a second shirt. I prefer it because it's long enough to tuck into your pants without exposing your skin. I accidentally took a medium size…

Great base layer best in clothing

I weigh 180 pounds, 5 in 7 feet and bought a black XL turtleneck. It's not too tight, but it's form fitting. The neck is amazing! It also feels good in the hands. Bought as a base coat for outdoor work. I think it will be perfect. There is even a small zip pocket on one side, very cool! I'm still losing weight so I'm hoping without the layering it will look more flattering soon. For my current purposes it will definitely be enough, very satisfied! Perfect thickness and super smooth feel…
