Love living in this shirt. I've worn it to the office as underwear or alone. I wore it as a base layer jacket in Iceland in the winter. I never get too hot. He is breathing. That's convenient. Excellent quality. I love the thumb loops and high neckline that keep the wind out of your face. I liked it so much and wore it more than thermals that I had to buy a second shirt. I prefer it because it's long enough to tuck into your pants without exposing your skin. I accidentally took a medium size when I first bought it. Didn't feel or feel too big but had extra fabric. I liked the extra wiggle room. And it was thin and fitted so it didn't look baggy. The second time I bought a small one in case I needed a tighter fit for the shift. The little one is great too. I use the middle one more as a stand alone top and the small one to layer underneath.
