After first use on first day of school my son came home with an empty bottle soaked through his backpack. I checked other sons bottle and everything was fine. It turned out that one was missing this very small piece of rubber. See photo. How do I get a replacement without returning both bottles and wasting time shipping them back? The other doesn't seem to come loose, at least not very easily.

Dear thermos, I bought these bottles for my little kids to take to school. Their ad said they were airtight, but they weren't. My boys have to carry them in their hands, not in backpacks. After all, when the bottle is in their backpacks, it inevitably lies on its side, and then flows out at a rate of 4-5 drops per second. I bought these for my son after I found out he was going back to school and needed a bottle of water. I wanted to make sure he had cold water at least during lunchtime, which is around 12:30pm.
