Our favorite for insulated beverage containers

They're great. I've been buying them for our kids' school lunches for years. Now that our third is at school I bought him this, the perfect size, love the gray color which didn't exist a few years ago. Keeps her lunch warm until dinner.

Ouch! That thing keeps the food hot!

My 14 year old brought the chili to school (I boiled the chili before filling the thermos) and reported that the chili was still hot at lunchtime was that he couldn't eat it! He managed to eat half before dinner, blowing on every spoon, and when I opened the thermos at home, 10 hours after filling it, the rest was still warm. I guess I'll have to let the reheated food cool down a bit at home before filling the thermos!

Works Well - Insulated Beverage Containers

This is a much better size for an older student. I'm not a fan of the pop-up lid and just find it a hindrance. I don't know how long it will take before it just breaks. If it were possible to buy a thermos this size without a flip top lid, I would. The screw on the lid is difficult to clean in the grove. The grove is really small but I think it's a compromise for leak protection. I bought the smaller 10 ounce version for a high school student but returned it because it was so small.

THE BEST THERMOS, Spoon, small but capacious, keeps HOT temperature for hours

I was horrified when my husband had to go to the hospital for his new job instead of just reading at home. That's because it's not easy to pack healthy groceries for 11am. This thermos was SIMPLY PERFECT, including the stainless steel spoon so the plastic doesn't destroy the environment. I send stews, soups, even barbecues, hot oatmeal, even cold dishes (fruit slices, Greek yogurt), everything stays at your desired temperature. I was just trying to order an extra one but while it's sold outโ€ฆ
