I like their transparency, they don't hide behind any BS. They have an open-book policy when it comes to pricing and terms of service (both clients & employees). If you want to know what's going on with your project, they'll tell you - no surprises. Their team is very experienced and has been at this game since inception. The fact their is no advertising, very little to none really when it comes down tot he prices being charged per job (at least in Australia). Their rates seem fair compared with others out there though you cannot see any pricing structure until after an account manager has reviewed your site(s) / project brief/ proposals etc.. The best thing about this product is its ability to be used in various ways, not just as an adhesive but also as caulking material or sealant. It's easy to use with gloves (and without), it can withstand high temperatures which makes it ideal when you need something strong yet flexible at the same time.
