I read in reviews that the socks are small. However, I like her. So when I was 10-13 years old I bought this for a gift for a five year old. Heel to heel 5 1/2 inches. So if you can measure your child's foot it might help. I don't know how they measure them!

My child wore it once and I washed it once. How come there's already a big hole in there!?!?!The number of stacks after just 1 wear and wash is ridiculous too! They fit well and feel warm, but if they're mostly disposable socks, are they any good? I wish I could get a refund. Wouldn't recommend it.

They're so nice and thick, but not too thick to wear with boots. I put them on my son on cold nights. The quality and colors are good and so far they wash well. Maybe even for convenience I stole a pair one night and pulled them up my adult legs and they fit like a sock but they were so nice and warm! The only thing that would make them even better would be if they had non-slip grips on the bottom for those with uncarpeted floors.

I am an adult female who wears size 7.5 shoes and ordered these socks in the largest size. You were amazing. I'm picky about shoes, but these were fine for farm work and other heavy physical work. They were nice and thick, so I felt comfortable even in hard work boots. Of course they will show signs of wear after a lot of use, but from personal experience I don't trust reviewers who claim they were badly damaged after just a few uses. I had them for a year! I plan to reorder.

While long enough, thick enough and soft enough, these socks have a serious design flaw. They don't have textured pods on the bottom of the foot. I didn't think to check until my kid fell and cut her lip because all her other socks got caught in it. Who makes socks for kids with that foot size and doesn't fasten them? My 2 year old put them on, took a step towards the bed and her legs buckled under her. She banged her face on the metal bed frame and broke her lip. I'm getting mad again just…

Yes, I should have reviewed my order upon receipt, but how difficult is it to ship the goods I ordered? When I received the socks (I ordered two sets - one for my son and one for my daughter) I just put them in the closet to wrap up for Christmas. I just got my socks out and instead of 10-13/2.5-4.5 I got 10T-13T; Not what I ordered and definitely not suitable for my children. Like all other reviewers the quality is excellent. You are also on the small side. My son is 8 years old (also skinny) but I ordered size 10/13 because I was tired of returning socks that were too thin or too tight. The socks fit, but make sure you select shoe size and not age when ordering (my son wears a size 4). Not sure my 8 year old will be comfortable in it next year so to say it will fit a 10-13 year old would be an exaggeration. Also, I wish they had multiple color options. Not sure if…
