That works fine. best for rough plumbing

It works but not very efficient. It doesn't suck the water out of the bottle like a pump dispenser mechanism, but instead forces air into the bottle to cause the water to rise up and out of the nozzle. Unfortunately, this means a tight bottle seal is REQUIRED, and the looser the seal, the less effective it is as air escapes rather than displacing water.

no problems or problems since purchase

I love this product. I haven't had any fit or leak issues at all. I use a 3.86 gallon water bottle and before purchasing I made sure to measure the neck of the bottle and compare it to the description in the product information and I've been fine. Unless you plan on measuring and sizing your water bottle neck, don't complain about the fit and poor printing, blah blah blah.

Temporary, but worth it. Attention: Not suitable for all water bottles.

This is temporary until I get a real water dispenser. My only problem is that it doesn't fit my bottle caps. I had to equip it with a toolbox insert to keep it tightly closed. Otherwise I had no problems. Only once did it come at me like a bottle rocket. I've had it for more than 6 months and at least eight 5 gallon water bottles have been through it.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Many things

Convenient way to donate water but doesn't always stay on

When left on a water bottle, it works great. You get a good amount of water per pump. However, we had a problem keeping it on the water bottle. There seems to be enough torque on the pump to just push it out. It seems quite tight but can still come loose. Maybe we're not pushing evenly enough. All in all it was fine, still useful on a hike and to be dressed up occasionally (which we needed to do when we were stocking up anyway).

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • Useless features

upset. for rough plumbing

Easy assembly but then. not as good as i would like. The part that goes in the water tank is in 3 parts but it kept coming loose. The first time it disconnected from the pump so I could reconnect the hose from the tank to the pump. But later the bottom part came loose and I couldn't get it since each part is about 12 inches, so I gave it up. Also, you'll need lots of duct tape to wrap the neck of a 5 gallon water tank. Otherwise, it will be unreliable and there will be no suction power to pump…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Boring packaging

No more watering, just squeeze and hydrate

Oh my god! My friend came across this pump at a charity gathering last summer. They were used to reduce the need for single-use plastic water bottles. I used a 5 gallon bottle of filtered water (fill them up weekly at water dispensers like the grocery store) and instead of pouring water into a jug to pour water into a glass or cat bowl - now all I do is. over pump. It is the easiest to install, as easy as screwing a cap onto a bottle. Of course, when I got the pump it took me a few days to open

  • Wow
