Works, looks neat, no battery.

When I bought this, the description didn't say a battery was included, but it didn't say a battery was included either. When it arrived, the battery was NOT included. I assumed it would contain a battery. I contacted the seller and he informed me (in poorly translated English) that he has no battery due to the fact that they cannot ship the batteries.
