The rubber edge came out on the first day.

The elastic came loose on the first day of use. There's also an inner plastic ring that's designed to keep the brush head from falling out of the suction tube. It came out too. Maybe not glued properly. The nozzle will continue to come out of the vacuum tube.

Genuine only

Bought in May for a cleaning company. The rubber piece was loose upon arrival and came loose within three months. The metal holding the fibers was never soldered around the full perimeter of the tip. It came off and ended up with fibers and bare metal. Lasted less than a year. The only reason it took so long was because I made it longer.

fits pretty snug so sucks better

Received within 2 days, fits pretty snug so sucks better, doesn't swirl easily but when i need to vacuum hard to reach places (e.g. under the bed) i have turned my hand and it works . I don't understand people complaining about not being able to vacuum under the bed because of the strong spin. I believe that after a while he will become more free. As long as I'm fine when it's tight. I can also say that the brush is of good quality.

send glue. for nozzles

Excellent floor brush, except for the bumper which came loose on first use. Glue will fix it. Perfect fit for our 1991 Rainbow SE. No more scratching your floor with an old, worn brush head. This brave vacuum cleaner has withstood three kids (mining their own business), a cat, a menagerie of small pets, three dogs, a tornado, a flood cleanup, and multiple household trips. vans. Next time the kids come home to visit, they'll probably want to use the new floor brush (wait, one of them is still aโ€ฆ
