I cannot say that I had a particularly positive experience with Think Shift, but I cannot say that I had a particularly negative experience either. I like the fact that I can send the team to different events and they can help with everything from creative to social media. I don't like the fact that it's a one size fits all approach. You have to pay the agency and then you have to pay the people who work for them. The team at think shift are really passionate about their work! They have helped us with all aspects of our business - from creative direction through to website development and marketing strategy as well as internal communications for staff training etc. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
