Bad support, not fully functional.

Right out of the box, there was an issue where the device would not charge the Lenovo PC. I had to keep using the portable charger in the extra USB-C port. Also, intermittent advanced monitor detection occurs which annoyingly resets the monitor and PC displays. I spent an hour on the phone with Lenovo support without doing anything other than reading queue cards or moving you to another department. Keep in mind that this was after the first hour I spent verifying the right dock model for my…

No issues to date with Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock Gen 2

It's been about two weeks, but so far so good. It's quite small so doesn't take up much space. 8 1/2 inches long, 3 inches deep and 1 1/4 inches high. I had to purchase two HDMI cables to replace the two VGA cables I used previously. 6 USB 3.0 ports. It connects to the X-1 Yoga via a single UBC-C cable (included). I use two ASUS monitors and occasionally open my tablet to use the built-in camera for zoom operations and it supports all three screens. Quite expensive but this was taken on as an…
