Description of 🔌 6.6ft (2m) High-Speed USB4 Cable with Thunderbolt 3 Compatibility - 20Gbps Data Transfer, 100W Power Delivery, Nylon Braided, TB3 to TB3 Male to Male Cord - for TB (USB C) Hub, Adapter, Devices - 20V/5A

[Faster data transfers when connected to TB3 devices]-This cable supports data transfer rates of 20Gbps when connected to a TB3 device, so you can transfer photo and video files at twice the speed of a USB 3.1 (10Gbps) cable. For example, you can transfer a 4K movie in less than a minute. When connected to a USB 3.1 device, the cable supports data transfer rates of 10Gbps. [USB-C compatible]-The USB4 cable is fully compatible with all of your USB 3.1 Gen 2 devices and can be used for charging and syncing your mobile devices. You can also connect and power USB-C laptops, such as your MacBook or Chromebook, and USB-C peripherals, such as your portable hard drive and docking station. [Full 4K video]-The cable supports full 4K 60Hz video and DisplayPort 1.2, and is compatible with existing DisplayPort displays. It's perfect for connecting your docking station or laptop to a monitor with astonishing resolution, contrast, and color depth for amazing detail. [Versatile power delivery]-This TB3 cable delivers up to 100W of power for charging a laptop or powering a display, and 15W for bus-powered devices such as a hard drive enclosure. [TB networking]-The cable gives you an easy way to bridge multiple TB3 enabled laptops for peer-to-peer 10GbE networking. It’s perfect for setting up small workgroups and sharing peripherals such as printers and storage. You can also connect two TB3 laptops together for PC migrations. NOTICE:1. Target Display Mode is no longer available in all iMac released in year 2017 and beyond. 2. Due to the limit of data transmission speed, this cable could only support up to 4K resolution.3.Since this Cable is at a rate of 20Gbps, it does not support simultaneous connection of two 4K monitors after TB3 DOCK is connected

I've had this cable for a few months now. The price was right and it served its purpose. This is the only USB-C cable I have that doesn't click slightly when plugged into an outlet. Seems trivial enough, but it's a pretty nice click, and most importantly, it helps keep the cable in place. I use this for my 16" Macbook, mostly on my lap, and if I move a bit the cable starts slipping out slightly. Enough to finish charging. I have to keep checking to see if it's still connected, which is quite is

Purchased January 2020 Died November 2020

I have used this cable flawlessly as the only connection between my 2019 15" MacBook Pro and a Dell U3219Q monitor. The monitor puts out 90W of power to charge my laptop The cable worked perfectly until the end of October when it started having connection issues.I am very careful with all my devices but I plug and unplug the cable from my laptop every workday, I don't leave it plugged in. nightly. When it started to fail it took 5-6 tries for the screen to recognize the laptop I switched ports…

Good nylon braided Thunderbolt 3 cable

Good for connecting my MacBook Pro to the OWC Thunderbolt 3 Dock. I like this braided nylon cable cover more than regular plastic cables because it bends easily into a tidy position and stays where you put it.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Very expensive

All cables are different

Most people think a cable is a cable. Just give me Type C or Type A or Micro USB. But let me say. All cables are NOT created equal and the price and performance of this cable reflects that. These cables are fast. Thanks to technology, I've learned to get the BEST you can afford, otherwise you'll probably buy 2-3 times later. I used this cable to connect a UHS-II card reader to my desktop computer and found it smoked quickly when the card reader was running. . It works very well. The braided…

Cable causes failure of MBP

This cable is absolutely unreliable. I originally bought it to increase the distance between my MBP and calDigit's TB Plus (which is rock solid). Two displays (4K each) connected to TB+. After switching to this cable, a display showed nothing. Then I decided to try it for my external G hard drive. The moment I reconnected the TB+ to the standard cable, the screens worked perfectly. But the MBP _repeatedly_ crashed. I finally found out it was the cable, went back to the original and now…

Good quality cable BUT it may not be what you are looking for.

I had to dock my MacBook Pro 2017 to run two monitors, one 4k, one full HD. This cable could only work for one of them. If you must do that, be sure to get an ACTIVE 40Gb/s cable, which is probably more than twice the price of this one, but is a decent 2m Thunderbolt 3 cable for the job. However, this one seems to be of good quality (I haven't used it in over a day), the plug and the braided cable.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Life's lessons helped me again! I sat in front of my Mac and was frustrated that my USB-C cable connected to my Mac Book Pro wasn't working with my Samsung widescreen monitor. I thought that there was something wrong with the cable used. That's when I came across an article that said it had to be a Thunderbolt 3 USB-C cable. What is that? I wanted to get it working in my home office! Cables are expensive! I turned to Revain for pain relief. This cable is quite long. There are lightning bolts on

Works great, one to two weeks

The first two weeks I had a cable to connect the laptop to the docking station, everything was ok. However, after two weeks, I accidentally started getting video distortions on my monitors. I assumed it was my docking station and contacted tech support back and forth. Over time the problem got worse and now my duty cycle was around 50%. I bought a new cable from another supplier and the problem is completely gone. It looks like the docking station is fine, but there's a big bite to this cable…

  • Hands-free

  • Brief instructions

Suitable for Universal Audio Apollo Twin X

Good for connecting my 2016 MBP to my Apollo Twin X Duo UA interface which didn't include a Thunderbolt cable. These are 20Gbps devices, so don't require 40Gbps Thunderbolt 3 cables that are less than 0.5 meters long, or a much more expensive "active" type of cable.
