I bought a Tidaltek car phone mount for my car and have been very happy with it

Almost a year ago I bought a Tidaltek car mount for my car phone and have been very happy with it. This one had a longer neck for another car. It and this new one are the only ones I've found that have an opening wide enough and sides high enough to hold my phone while it's in the Otterbox. Both held the phone securely and I was very happy with both in that regard. However, the old Tidaltek mount broke at the end of the suction cup and since you can't just snap the new suction cup end on, it's…

SECOND UPDATE: So this device didn't work for me at all. Rather than move on to a third device, I just gave up the ghost and sent it back for a refund. However, it is worth noting that the client-server provided by Revain and the manufacturer (Tidal Tek) was exceptional. Crazy good customer service. That alone earned them an extra star. Doesn't match my vertical vents - invades my driving space.

I've always wanted a phone holder but never got one. I had the opportunity to buy this device at a discount in exchange for my honest review, so I jumped at it. I chose to attach the phone holder to the air vent instead of the windshield as it gives better access to the phone. My 2015 Toyota RAV4 has two vertical air vents in the center of the dash on either side of the radio. Since this bracket protrudes from the air vent, installing it on the driver's side was a problem. Great phone holder and great customer service!

I bought this as a Father's Day gift for my kids to give to their dad and it was the perfect choice! He totally loves it! My husband is one of those guys who accidentally breaks things because he didn't take 30 seconds to read the instructions first, so I'm happy to say that (1) none of the parts got under his stubborn fingers is broken and (2) he may have put the phone in the holder without breaking anything.
