✔ FLUSH MOUNT D-RINGS: 10 Pack | This bolt-on D-ring lies flush in its rugged plastic pan fitting so the D-ring doesn’t hazardously protrude from the floor. Galvanized steel means its zinc coated for corrosion and rust resistance and well-built to last. Working Load Limit: 533 pounds. NOTE: Mounting hardware is NOT included. ✔ ANCHOR ACTION: So you’ve got a (utility, enclosed, cargo, travel, snowmobile) trailer, pickup, truck, flatbed or cargo van. And you’d like to tie down your (motorcycle, bike, snowmobile, ATV, go-cart, landscaping equipment, farm tools, appliances, camping gear, delivery boxes, lumber) load. Maybe you’ve got a bike bench or pool deck in need of anchor spots. These flush D-ring tie-downs are designed for everyday use and provide you with a lifetime of dependable strength and versatility. ✔ DIMENSIONS: The 2 1/4" x 2" D-ring has an attached welded bolting clip with a 3/8" diameter hole. Easily attach S-hook or J-hook straps, bungee cords, motorcycle tie-downs, ropes, chains and soft loops through the ring’s 1-1/2 by 1-13/16” inner clearance. The 4” pan-fitting anchors the 1/4" diameter D-ring in place for a secure hold. See the images for a detailed sketch with all the dimensions of these tie-downs. ✔ EASY INSTALLATION: First install the plastic base with 2 screws into the 1/4” mounting holes. Then screw the D-ring into it, securing the base mount pan fitting underneath for a tight bond. These anchors mount well to plywood and metal on the floor or walls of your trailer, or truck.

Good buy of bed and tailgate accessories

I installed these deep in the bed of my 2005 Tacoma. I tie kayaks to it with a ratchet. I was concerned they wouldn't take a lot of pull on the kayak, but they require a lot of tension.

Although screws or bolts are not included, they are still of great value. I bought some of these for my wheeled tool box system to mount other tools on my back. They're a little big, but still work without a backplate. .

Chic goods. This is the third truck I have installed them on. Reasonable price, fast delivery, great product. I highly recommend this product. I do NOT use black pads, so I can't say anything about their durability.

Good product, could be improved

Added these to the old weatherproof tool kit as they are exactly the same as the new ones. The only complaint is that if you use 1/4 hardware for the smaller holes you can't get a socket on the screw. The head fits snugly against the bezel. Otherwise they work as described!

Well made and good value

Well made even for a product made in China. Note for those who don't already know - the metal around the ring (turning part) does NOT go under the plastic tab that sticks out a bit. The ring is mounted on top of this to put pressure on the ring to keep it from wobbling. For the price, this is a great deal.

Works great in my caravan.

I installed them on the bottom of my enclosed 4x8 trailer. They bolt directly to the frame, but I had to buy 1 inch long steel washers and cut them to 3/4 to fit the thickness of the plywood and drill a hole in the plywood to fit the spacers. When I tightened the screws, instead of the wood, the spacers were compressed.

Reliable installation and beautiful appearance!

Manufacturer's stern planks were not available. Our toolbox has rendered them useless. In this application, additional parts were purchased locally to secure the sleepers. The end result is exactly what we wanted, to secure anything and everything while you explore on the go. They feel durable and fairly secure. We haven't been out to test them on the road yet, but we're sure they'll do the job.
