I got this to add a USB front panel as I was missing the second 20 pin header on my board. That works great! The only downside is that it consumes MOLEX power, not just PCIe. I understand why they did this, but it caused a problem for me as I didn't have enough cable lengths for power. After rewiring the board, everything worked for me and I'm very happy that I have so many ports, more than I need.

Easy to install but doesn't work with my Windows 10 PC. It's not a PC issue, I've done a few things to make it work but it just doesn't work.

does not work with win 7 out of the box. Drivers are not included. The connector on the front panel had bent pins. Right now this is nothing more than bullshit unless the seller can provide a driver before I return it.

I bought this to replace another similar unit that had one of the rear ports not working. I installed this and faced a BSOD on first boot. After that, the computer started but did not recognize the connected USB device. I put the old one back in and the USB devices were recognized. The Revain block has been returned.

Works out of the box, no manual driver installation required. Windows 10 automatically loaded drivers a few seconds after Windows loaded. Passed front and rear port speed tests with an external USB 3.0 drive powered through the port. PS: For those having trouble, don't forget to enable the 4-pin molex connector to make it work properly.

So I bought this for my son to get some extra USB 3 ports and a front panel for even more slots since he also uses VR hardware. Everything, and I mean everything that is connected, is constantly being disconnected and reconnected. Flash drives, keyboards, mice, nothing works. I don't know what to add. This is a very basic USB 3.0 card with two external A-Type connectors and one internal 30-pin connector powered by a 4-pin Molex connector.

Well made product. Ease of installation. Works fine on USB 3.0. Connected a USB 2.0 mouse and a USB 3.0 wireless antenna. The mouse didn't work very well and the antenna speed was reduced to USB 2.0 speeds. This is exactly what you should expect for the product to work according to the USB specifications.
