The tab of the strap doesn't hold up, then broke once I tightened the hat and the logo is crooked. Terrible, I'm even too angry and don't have time to send it back

This hat looks too worn and faded for my liking which is a shame as the pictures led me to believe that this is not the case. I was hoping to get a hat with a little more structure and a much darker color that I could wear on nicer outings. But it will work for hiking and walking I think.

I love this hat, it's a nice color and goes with most of the clothes I wear. The quality of the cap is also excellent, I've had several compliments on how well made it is and how good it looks. I'm tempted to buy another one, maybe a khaki or cream shade. The best part is you can't beat $20 for a quality brand like Timberland.

I could get a baseball cap a lot cheaper at the local store but I wouldn't get the quality of this cap. It clearly looks like it was made to last and looks very good with a casual t-shirt or windbreaker. Sometimes you just don't want a cap that looks "worn" or has a big logo that draws attention.
