The fact that I love their content, but dislike how they make money off of it. I think there's nothing wrong with making a living off of what you enjoy doing, however if your service costs $5 per month then it should be worth at least that much to people who are willing to pay for the product. I love that it's mostly just me talking to you, so there are no distractions or interruptions while watching my videos! It makes them feel more personal in comparison with other platforms out their like Youtube/Twitch etc., which usually have people doing things around them during livestreams (like cooking food). The best thing about this app to me personally, was that it made my anxiety go away! It's like I'm talking with someone but not actually meeting them in person- which makes things so much easier when you're nervous or anxious by yourself (or even just trying super hard at work).
