Disappointing Dye for Dark Fabrics

As a loyal Arts and Crafts enthusiast, I was excited to try this new dye, but was left unimpressed. As a result of my tests, I determined that it did not provide even coverage and left streaks on my fabric. While the price point was reasonable, the poor quality of the dye did not make it worth the investment.

Pros
  • Reasonable price
Cons
  • Uneven coverage, leaves streaks.

I'm looking for an eggplant, but it turned out to be a plum. Didn't cover the area evenly despite all the instructions. upset. got rid of clothes. Sad face.

Pros
  • For best results, use Tintex Color Remover before coloring.
Cons
  • boring packaging

Pros
  • Use 1 pack to dye 454g cotton, linen, silk, spandex and rayon. Use 2 packs to dye 1 pound (454 grams) of nylon, acetate and wool. For dark or light colors (navy blue, black, royal blue, etc.), use double the amount of dye. Do not use on 100% acrylic or polyester.
Cons
  • High Price
