it's very easy, you only need some credits for each site that can give URL links in tinyurl format from their database- all sites automatically redirects your request directly through them without giving any access at first place; they have many filters against malicious urls, so if something weird happens just disable those rules! - not too much things but I do like when my account works better sometimes because one of such reasons is about wrong IP (or similar) address which gives me warnings
