Update: seller replaced for Free! (old),Broke after approx 2 months, hope bike is not stolen

Update, as seller (great customer service replaced Free of Charge, with what seems a better version of this lock? ) Upgraded rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Very satisfied with great customer service. (Original comment):Worked well for about 2 months, then when tried to remove bike from rack on campus, combo not work after numerous attempts, have to buy bolt cutters, hope bike is not stolen or vandalized till able to remove lock. Extremely disappointed/upset.

Smelly smelly smelly

Smelly smelly smelly. Was the smelliest thing I think I’ve ever received but I had to use it but never let it stay in your house. It worked fine but too smelly and the smell never dissipated

Great lot from my wheelchair

Installed It on the back post of my wheelchair to lock it in the bed of my truck believe it or not people love to steal your wheelchair and you're handicapped bunch of losers

Not great quality. Just fell off.

Bad quality. Didnt really use it for security wasnt expecting much but just fell off on one side. Barely any use. Was used to secure a beach chair, and i got back and one day to use it on my golf cart and the lock was just loose on one side.

Great cable lock very worth it

The length is great, combo is easy, and I don't lose it because it mounts so nicely to my bike. I recommend it.If you live in an area where a lock is not just a deterrent you may need something stronger.

Lock would not open. Easily came apart with a hammer.

Opened the lock, locked up our bikes, went inside the library. Came out and the lock would not open. Walked home in the rain, drove back with a hammer. It took about 12 hits for this 'lock' to fall apart. Don't waste your time/money on this garbage.

CHEAP LOCK DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK!I used the bike over a course of 2 weeks in college and I had to get it cut off by campus police after it randomly jammed. The combination would change randomly too by a digit or so if you accidentally nudged the combination setter during locking. Please don’t buy this!

Breaks easily: my feedback

Had my bike in the garage with the lock on just in case, and the lock snapped in two from just sitting there on the bike. If it can't withstand the force of simply being attached to the bike, not sure what it is supposed to do against a thief trying to forcibly remove it.

Not a good buy. good for me

Bought 6 months ago but didnt use it until last week. Worked for two days before the combination stopped working. Now I have a paper weight instead of a lock.

Unique Failure! in my review

I've been using this type of lock for at least 40 years and have never had a problem like this!I locked up my bike in front of a store and the combination no longer worked!My friendly locksmith had to cut the lock off for twice the price that I paid for it.

Bike got stolen, so not great

Easy enough to use/set up. For the money, I suppose it does what it’s meant to but I left my bike locked up for a pretty short period of time and it was stolen, so I’d say the security features are minimal at best.

Good lock (when it works)

The lock worked well for about a month but it suddenly jammed this morning. I now have to get it removed and purchase another one. It's unfortunate as I really liked this lock otherwise.EDIT: The company reached out to me and offered to send a new one, even after I already received a refund from revain. I declined since I already purchased a different lock, but I appreciate their willingness to make things right.

Terrific features and ease of use

The lock appears to be sturdy and reliable. The lock dial is large and easy to read and rotate. Changing combinations is very easy with the included instructions. The mounting clamp is a plus, and as you can see from the photo, it keeps the lock out of the way when not needed! Get one!

Broke 2nd use: my feedback

I had no problem setting my combination however on only my second use the piece that goes inside the lock got jammed halfway inside and even when I put in the right combination I could not get the lock undone. I was miles from home and could not get my bike free so I had to find someone to cut the lock. This was a big inconvenience and i'm very disappointed
