Good for driving but only decent on approach

I played a round on a difficult route and I liked how straight these balls were flying. They are difficult to control on the way to and around the green but work off the tee as advertised. I'd suggest pocketing another surrender ball, but other than that it's a great slapball. I had orange ones and they were easy to see in flight and on the ground. Great buy at a great price.

Pros
  • Big Iron Stop
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

Listen to a 20 handicap player in 40 years

Has been playing golf for 40 years. I'm still terrible. Well, maybe not terrible, but only a 20 handicap. Weekend Warrior. I have used many golf balls. I hit her really, really well. Yes, I'm still very, very good at losing her. But my drives are on par with other less handicapped players. My chips are soft. I also like the matte orange color. It's not "noisy" like other orange balls I've used and is very easy to spot on bumps. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • High Flight On All Shots
Cons
  • Not the Best

Longer but with driver, but bad with short irons.

These balls are long. About 10 yards longer with the driver and straighter with less fade, this is my typical ball flight and exactly what I wanted. My problem is that they tend to bounce off greens too much. When I hit short irons with Kirkland Signature balls or other brine balls, they roll back about 1 foot or roll forward just 1 or 2 feet when they hit the green. With Titleist Velocity balls, they roll forward 4-20 feet on my last lap. I kind of expect it with low spin balls, but it's a bit

Pros
  • Longer Distance

  • Frequency
