This is great value for money. However, they are only of average quality. Nothing fantastic. I gave 4 stars because I didn't tighten one side enough. He fell and was scratched very easily.

Good value for money, clear instructions. Use a level or OCD will take over your head. I upgraded the drywall fasteners to increase weight and durability. My bath towels are very large.

We've attached this to the underside of the meat block island. Most towel rails were too long, this shorter length was perfect. I like hooks that can hang more than one towel and/or dishes. The simple design goes with many styles.

Good sturdy towel rail, easy to install and looks great. One minor thing (for me at least) is that the towel's offset in the holder was only a tiny fraction of an inch between two different holders, so when aligning them on top of each other I had to hang two towels to the center offset so that they are balanced. So not a 100% perfect production process.

Cons: The instructions do not indicate the exact distance between the two suspension mounts. never mind It's easy to understand. The screws you get - the heads aren't big enough and pull straight through the brackets. You need thicker screws. The towel bar attaches to the bracket with a hex socket head screw and you can turn the supplied hex wrench just a little at a time. A simple pan head screw like most other companies use would be much quicker. Pros: price and looks.

When you shop online you expect an accurate description. So you buy a 16 inch towel rail and expect it to be 16 inches tall, right? No, the actual length of the heated towel rail is 16 1/2 inches, the dimension between mounting brackets is 14 3/4 inches. There's literally nothing 16" on this rod. I know it might not be a big deal to some people, but I'm trying to mount them in cleats so my kids don't pull them out of the wall... and neither of those Measurements is actually given (or accurate)…
