It was a bit difficult to get the pins to line up correctly, but we managed. I really like the idea of metal parts that don't break like plastic parts. Very good job on these parts! Many Thanks.

I like this part but I think the machining might be a little off as I had to use a bit of force to insert the locking pin when the part was assembled but so far it seems to be working well.

This is a great replacement for the low quality original plastic parts. The only small drawback is the instructions. Black and white photographs are very difficult to see. The seller must repeat photos with a strong light source. I'm usually very good with instructions, but it took me a second try before I got it installed properly.

The set was a miracle. The price is easily offset by the fact that La-Z-Boy didn't come to collect, fix, and return the chair. The only problem I had with the kit was that the (4) split rings were not split. They were strong and it was impossible to put the square shank on without taking it off. I managed to cut one and put it on a square shank. I skipped the step of installing the bushings before attaching the bracket, which is an important step.
