Terrific! in Blades, Parts & Accessories

This is an excellent blade so far, especially for the price. I've installed half of the engineered bamboo flooring (about 350 square feet) and the cuts are so smooth it's almost unbelievable. There is no sign of dulling or wear on the blade. I have this on a Dewalt miter saw.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Construction
Cons
  • Empty

Great blade for the price!

I'm a general contractor and do carpentry. I bought this saw blade over the summer and we mounted it on our 12 inch saw. We trimmed a large house with this disc, including a 5 inch hickory base. Since then we've done a few small jobs and one more house and the blade still cuts very well. No claims from me. Of course there can be better blades, but at this price I don't think there is anything better.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Hard to say

Part of a 1948 Unisaw restoration project

I bought a Unisaw from a school lumber store a few years ago with the intention of splitting it up for what was probably a nearly new woodworking saw. The table saw in MY school carpentry shop could only be used by one teacher, and I suspect it wasn't used very often either. Anyway, at some point I decided to start the saw again and it has already started, but all my saw blades were left where I last lived so I was able to get a decent saw blade to test with. This is not assembled yet but was…

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

YGWYPF What do you expect?

An old lumberjack told me that the most important thing about knives is the number of teeth and everything else is not so important. Guess what? It does! You get what you pay for YGWYPF. This was an inexpensive 80 tooth blade that should be a good blade for cutting melamine and laminate. Spring. It took me about 370 SF (2 small bedrooms) to cut laminate. I don't know exactly how many cuts I've made with this saw blade, but now it's smoking like a chimney (burning stuff) and I'm afraid it will…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Basically everything is fine, but...

Great blade for trimming: Power & Hand Tools

I put this blade on my DeWalt miter saw that I use for trimming (plinths, quarter circles, sleepers, etc) and found it held up too, if not better than the DeWalt and Avanti blades I usually use. I am very impressed with the overall durability. For a blade that lasts 3 months, that's very good. The blade is stable and I don't see any wobbling. The cut is smooth and feels comparable to the Diablo discs I've used. I haven't tested it on hard, thick wood, so it probably won't do as well there, but…

Pros
  • Good thing
