Possibly fake, logo plate looks fake. Doesn't come in a box.

Regardless of what Amazon calls it bonded leather, it's NOT real leather. It's crap, ground scraps and low-grade leather scrap glued together like plywood put together. I've looked at this before, but the strap is wrong. The Hilfinger logo plate looks fake compared to a five year old belt purchased from Hilfiger. This belt is garbage. Braids are loose, long and torn. The belt was torn in the middle about 15 centimeters long. Where the scabbards break, the leather turns out to be a layer ofโ€ฆ

Great everyday belt but don't expect it to last a lifetime!

This is a really good belt for everyday use. Now I have 2 of them. Wearing it every day will wear it down to the point where tiny holes will tear and create a larger one. Then the belt is actually unusable. My last belt lasted me 1 year. However, I still decided to buy a different one for the second time because it gives you flexibility when attaching the strap. The holes are very close together so you can actually pick the one that suits you best, unlike other straps where the holes are aboutโ€ฆ

Nice belt but don't expect it to last long.

What I like about this belt is its style and that it goes with almost any casual outfit. However, after wearing it almost daily for about 3 months, the leather strap around the buckle locking holes I used broke from repeated use. I have not tied this belt tightly around my waste; Loose enough to be comfortable but tight enough to hold up pants. Numerous holes in the braids ensured a snug fit until two links broke and the band remained too loose (see photo). I love Tommy Hilfiger clothing andโ€ฆ

Cheap, fake and poor quality belt.

I had 2 'GENUINE' Tommy Hilfiger belts in black and brown that I bought from a reputable menswear store 4 years ago and they are great. I bought this belt from Revain as they are hard to find these days and was excited to get it. When I opened the packaging I smelled badly of rubber or plastic. This is not an original Tommy Hilfiger belt, but a cheap imitation. Revain's ad is for a hand-laced leather belt, but the belt has "IMITATION LEATHER" embossed on it. See attached photo. I dusted someโ€ฆ
