No fancy bells or whistles, but this stand does what it supposed to. It seems very stable and holds my iPad in multiple positions. I think this would be particularly useful to someone who draws a lot on their iPad which I do not. There’s a magnetic back plate that you can attach to the back of the iPod that levels everything out with the protruding camera lens. This makes the iPad stable when it’s leaned against the stand. I’ve had many cases but none gave me portrait and landscape without a lot of bulk and weight…till this! Thin and light with magnetic screen off and on. Really great product, if you want portrait mode reading.Weight is 568 g for the cover and in total 1257g with the iPad 12.9 Pro 5th generation.Thickness for the entire package is around 14.4mm.I would use this case any time, if I need portrait mode. However, for landscape mode,I found other cases more functional.

This is a sleek looking magnetic covering that makes iPad easy to prop vertically or horizontally, but the design mostly protects the back. There is no protection for the edges or screen when in use. Upon further inspection this is evident in the product photos and description. Personally just looking for something a little more protective.
