Much better than the metal parts that came with the rusty cage. They fit perfectly - your measurements were accurate - love these mugs and will definitely be buying more to have a spare on hand.

AWESOME! I love them and my parrot too! They fit perfectly in his cage. They're big enough to hold plenty of food and water, and best of all, they're of such good quality that he can't bite into them and destroy them! I highly recommend them and they are worth every penny!

I bought these for an old bird cage that had very worn and dirty drinkers. Just measure the old ones to make sure they fit your cage and you will be very happy with them. Very overwhelmed. These should last forever. They should be fine and in the dishwasher.

We have an old Hoen cage for our gray parrot. The metal cups for food and water were discolored from peeling paint and very difficult to clean. I looked everywhere for replacements and was very satisfied. I was concerned that this plastic cup would not withstand a parrot's beak, which would destroy anything it came into contact with. I only bought one to test and was so satisfied that I immediately bought a second one.

I have to say without a doubt that the A&H Tool & Die Parrot Cage replacement food and water cups are the best I've seen because every inside corner is smooth for easy cleaning is rounded. There are no hard edges or creases for food coloring or bird toys to collect. I'm sure many of you have hard-edged mugs that discolor over time. I did that and even soaking in a bleach solution didn't seem to work, so it was time to replace them.
