I love hot tools and was looking for a curling iron that wouldn't leave a dent on the clamp but I just couldn't get this thing to work. It got very hot which is what I love about these products but was insanely hard to use without a plastic handle on the end or something. The glove doesn't protect your hand from the heat of the barrel and it says so, so don't try! Doesn't work for me.

This curling iron is wonderful! I tried it right after delivery. I tried it on medium heat first, which worked well, and then added a bit more heat to get even more defined curls. It takes about 3 minutes to heat up. I used the same brand and size but in a real curling iron. So I was happy to see that they made a wand. Love the curls it makes but takes so long to heat up. I need to make a connection before I start applying makeup to make sure it's fully heated. 20 minutes seems too long to just warm up. Apart from this great product.

I bought a 1 inch wand. I have long hair to the elbows. Roughness is medium, slightly wavy/straight. I usually use it on the highest setting and only hold my hair on a stick for about 5 seconds. It took me one use before figuring out what temperature setting and how long leaving hair on a stick worked. I was a little skeptical about some of the reviews but I felt the price was worth the risk - and I'm pleasantly surprised! It's great for my hair type and I love the curls it creates. 1 1/4" is the perfect size. It's very easy to use if you're good with chopsticks and I love that it has a little stand at the bottom. Definitely recommend it! (My photo is Day 2 curls with some bits of retouching.)

I saw this in a youtube tutorial and when I watched it was very cheap. It works great and I find it pretty easy to use (use a glove until you're an expert, burns are no joke). Definitely worth the money, I'm glad I bought this item.
