First of all I should point out that the reason for 3/5 stars is because the 'adjustable' neck rope is dangerous. Please make sure you have cut the rope when using any of these. Luckily she was too tired to fiddle with her stitches the first night because they are a bit difficult to put on and I would be nervous as to what it might be.
