TotalCoaching enables personal trainers to build fitness and meal plans using a 3D exercise database, as well as over 20,000 food items, delivered directly on their clients' smartphone.
I use this app in conjunction with my trainer for planning meals when working out at home or while traveling. There are many different types of exercises that can be done depending upon your goal/needs (i am currently trying them all). The software is easy enough anyone could figure it out without much training but if you do have any questions there's always someone who will help! My biggest issue isn't really anything about TCOACHING itself; rather its more so how long we've been waiting since

The app is very easy to use and it's really easy to follow the exercises
Cons
It would be very easy to do this with a home or back option instead of being on the Apple app
