Gift for yourself. Good for kitchen stuff and gadgets

Love it and the lid keeps unwanted things out like water or wild cooking sauce. Pretty enough to give to any chef, but keep it for yourself.

I collect salt by hand in Hawaii and give it away to many friends. I love giving this salt shaker as gifts and everyone loves cellars and salt.

She's Happy: Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets

The salt box was the third item on my wife's Christmas list: 1) sharp silver spurs and 2) a whip. She loves to rub salt in wounds. It's always nice that way, I chose this one. She won't return it, so I put one in the plus column. ;-). Good decision. be a winner take action.

Beautiful round bamboo box, sliding lid, magnetic closure.

I like the small size and will use the box to store small jewelry. Beautifully crafted bamboo box. The image above looks like rings on a tree, the image should show the silhouettes of endangered animals. The images are not very clear and are quite small and a bit difficult to locate but I can see that they are of animals.

I bought this to store my Himalayan salt which I bought here at Revain and am very happy with this little one Box. It is approximately 3 inches high and 3.5 inches in diameter. Big enough to hold enough salt and closes well with a small magnet and looks great too. No, it's not airtight, but it seals well enough to keep it out and keep the salt fresh. I am very happy with this little box and would recommend it.

Perfect for salt storage - well done with modern design

We bought the Tree of Life Bamboo Salt Box and we love it. We use ours to store truffle salt. The design on the top is really cool - it looks like a split log, but if you look closely you can see animal prints. The lid holds and works well. The size is perfect for leaving fingers in a pinch of salt. The tin keeps the salt fresh and sealed and is visually very appealing. We really like it and will definitely buy more. It's the size of a big apple.

Everything I was hoping for

What I Expected. I love the look! And the hinge/magnetic closure is elegant and functional. The only thing I'm not happy with is the same complaint as other reviews: the chemical smell is quite unpleasant. I cleaned it and set it to dry and air out the smell which helped. I just sprinkled with salt, I hope it doesn't affect the taste. I use different types of table salt and I like that this design gives the content a special personality. I have other bamboo salt containers but I think this one…
