Great system - made easier with support

Totango is easy to navigate, and the staff is always receptive to new ideas. They have a great selection of templates available out of the box, as well as many others that are tailored specifically for our needs. There isn’t much I dislike about Totango, but I can think of certain enhancements that they could make in the future. As long as you know what you want to do in the end, then Totango will take care of the rest! Totango has helped us grow by leaps and bounds since we started using it…

Totango's Contact Manager Has Many Amazing Features

We used totangos services as our contact manager which is great since it has so many other useful features available too! I highly recommend trying this out if you are looking at something that can help manage multiple contacts or even an email list etc.. Nothing really but they do have good support when needed!! They also offer discounts sometimes from what i understand? So definitely worth checking into them while using any service offering emails/contacts management tools - especially one…

Great for managing all client information

I like that the system is easy to use and the support is great. I have never run into an issue with the software that I haven't been able to resolve quickly. The software has been extremely helpful in providing us with a centralized place to keep track of our patient records. There is nothing I dislike about the software. Very useful tool for tracking advertising efforts

I love that we can track our progress as well has have historical data about how many people visited each page or clicked through an ad campaign etc.. This is very helpful when trying new things! We haven't been able to do full A/B tests because it isn't possible within AdWords yet but this would be great if they added more options!! Sometimes you need some time before your changes take effect so being able to see what's working now allows us to change directions quickly once something starts…

What I appreciate is that it's been very simple so far! It has also helped me understand my own business better as well; where we are doing things effectively or not at all - which leads us back to this tool again (and again!) As you can imagine, there have been some challenges along the way but they've always had great answers and feedback from our team members when something does come up. We're still learning how everything works together but overall so far it seems pretty good! Not much yet

I love that we can monitor our leads from any device or location. As an Account Executive at NPSI it is so important to keep up with my pipeline! We have been able to see when someone has become inactive which allows me to reach out sooner rather then later. It also makes sure that if they are still interested after not contacting us for awhile, we know right away. This service saves time by giving instant feedback about who hasn't contacted you yet as well as those who haven't had contact but
