The leading line is 12 feet, not 14 feet.

I ordered this for a 14ft lead line. The one I have is only 12 feet long so it doesn't fit my workout. This is good value for money.

Pros
  • halter
Cons
  • only available in black

disappointed with Tough 1

Worst halter I have ever bought as a rope. The size of a giraffe, foreign production, funny. I bought it 2 times 2 months apart but both are ridiculously big, ugly, too SOFT, THIN.

Disappointed with this

At first I liked it. It's a great color and the knots fit my mare's nose perfectly. Now I see that parts of the halter are worn out for no reason. I am disappointed and have no choice but to return it.

Pros
  • Equestrian
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Great price and great quality.

Works great. Beautiful bright blue color. Exactly what I was looking for. I've been using it for several months now. He's holding up great. UPDATE: Bought another one because I liked the first one so much. My first is about 8 months old and still looks great and is holding up well.

I love halters in horseback riding

I love halters. Works better than my double rope halter. The two central knots are slightly loosened. But it allows me to tweak them to hit the right spots on my horse's face. The rope is also very good. What I didn't know, however, was that there was no clamp on the lead rope. You need to tie it with a halter. Not my favorite as it fades after a short time.

I won't buy a halter again

I didn't like this halter at all. If I liked it, I would take 2 more colors. All the knots were untied, the rope was not rigid, and it was terribly uncomfortable for me to hold it in my hands. It wasn't tied with a Fiador knot, and while that's fine, the knot they used was tied so poorly that I was able to take it apart in seconds. I could barely tighten the knots to make it usable. I hated her sitting on my horse, I can only imagine what it was like for her. The crown is absolutely brutally…

Pros
  • Potholders
Cons
  • Not everything fits

THE WORST TRASH I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.

Don't waste your money. Run away from this awful, awful piece of junk. It's all thick, bulky, cheap SLIPPER junk stuff that doesn't belong near horses. Not only is the leash too bulky and slippery to *safely* hold on to (seriously, it's dangerous - it'll slip out of your hands and cause severe burns), but the damn halter is too slippery to even stay attached! I know how to properly tie a rope halter (the knot goes from the bottom/back, not the top/front) and there NEVER exists such a halter…

Pros
  • Halter and Leashes
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
