I washed the bottle several times before using it. I kept the lid open for two days and it still has a terrible plastic smell and taste when you drink water from it

I love it! The cap on the mouthpiece makes this run-of-the-mill water bottle one of my favorites - no street dirt on the mouthpiece!

Wanted to modify the bottle for drinking in the aero position. Was able to take advantage of this instead of paying over $60. I simply drilled a hole in the side and inserted a silicone straw. Doesn't leak.

my husband has a yellow and black mountain bike. I got him this water bottle for his birthday and he loves it. He says it's easy to drink from, the lid on top keeps it clean, and he likes the color.

I bought this water bottle because I have two Le Tour de France water bottles with the same shape and same bang had lace which i love. One ended up cracking due to age and after I put it in the dishwasher one day after a few years. The main feature for me is the pop up because it can be opened with my teeth so I'm very happy with it. I removed the plastic cover because while it keeps the top clean, it gets in the way.
