Not for beginners. This skateboard is agile and turns very tight. When it got to my house it was already assembled but the wheels weren't that smooth. They had a line that you could tell was from the manufacturer. I hope it goes through because if it works and you tighten the bearings these wheels should be awesome. The skateboard gets 5 stars because it's CRAZY value for money. It's cheap and risk-free because you can simply return it if you don't need it.

Ordered this skateboard as a cheap way to get back into skating after my daughter showed an interest in learning. This is a great board for kids just starting out. I have a professional comparison board next to it. I'm an adult and grew up skating for fun. Obviously there is a big difference in quality between a professional board and this board. You won't do buffing, 50-50 foils, or anything serious with this board. Maybe kickflips and ollies.
