Signal strength was -67 dBm with a homemade biquad antenna for a distance of 50 meters from another house (router under the table, adapter on the window), and -59 dBm with a Chinese Mediatek MT7601U purchased from aliexpress for $3 (but the Chinese usb connector was loose and it fell off frequently). This one costs three times as much and is inferior. When the rating was changed from 2 to 3, the signal was really poor, yet he lived for about six months and two Chinese with Ali, whose signal…

Pros
  • It will be able to connect if the router is nearby and there are no barriers.
Cons
  • Signal strength is only -67 dbm using a homemade biquad antenna for a distance of 50 meters from another residence (router under the table, adapter on the window).

I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.

XP is the company that operates it. To begin, I had to configure the USB hub. In the device manager, we look for "Universal Serial Bus Controllers USB," and then open the properties of the "USB Root Hub," which is where our adapter is connected. On the last tab, which is labeled "Power Management," I had to uncheck the box that said "Allow shutdown." Second, if you are receiving the problem, please see "Code 10. The device could not be started ", after which you should disable all other network

Pros
  • A strong and reliable signal that has been tuned appropriately.
Cons
  • The setup is straightforward, but there are a few peculiarities to consider. After five to ten minutes of working after the adapter was reinstalled, it totally dislodged itself. Just reinstalling the driver and software multiple times was sufficient to complete the process in five to ten minutes. Three days spent hunting for a rational explanation. And discovered!

Not a bad product, but you can find better.

It sees fewer networks in an apartment building in comparison to the new WN822N, which was taken as a replacement. As a result, the reception power is low; however, it calmly breaks through one concrete wall, which is sufficient for smaller apartments. There is no indication of a communication breakdown within three years. Online movies, the torrent does not disrupt the connection; nonetheless, 150 Mbps is already insufficient, and the distribution speed decreases (in compared with the WN822N…

Pros
  • Simple to install, requires no maintenance, and takes up little space.
Cons
  • After functioning normally for three years without incident, USB began to unexpectedly malfunction. Important flaw affecting internet gaming. It is no longer sufficient for a typical network to have 150 Mbps, and having such a slow connection will prevent you from experiencing the full allure of high-speed optical networks.

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

I purchased it in order to bring back to life an outdated laptop in which the iron was in the process of passing away. The hard drive was replaced with an SSD, and in place of the non-functioning Broadcom, I purchased this device. I don't know how anyone else does it, but in my situation, if the neighbors below have a powerful emitter that clogs all channels, this device enables you to get speeds of over 30 Mbps and almost 20 uploads. I don't know how anyone else does it. In the same location…

Pros
  • 1. The availability of an extension cord, which enables you to avoid obstructing the ports of nearby outlets. 2. Design. 3. Superiority
Cons

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

took 500 rupees in *. directly into the board in USB3 with the antenna down, without using an extension wire. The Asus WL500GPv2 router is used in conjunction with Oleg's firmware. The reception is good, but I specifically selected the channel because none of the neighbors appear to use it. The polarization is in the same plane as the antenna, which also faces downward. The adapter itself has been a little warm to the touch for several days without a single issue. from 08/13/2022. I relocated…

Pros
  • It suffices to say that Windows 10 requires you to remove the firewood from the disk; after that, everything will automatically be installed and connected using standard methods without more interaction. with USB extension.
Cons
  • Not located.

It has some flaws but the product is usable.

This iron is fantastic; it can penetrate not one but two walls with only the factory-installed antenna. Yet, you'll need the appropriate expertise to put it to good use. In order to get only one piece of iron working, I had to assemble a basic Debian sans Xs on a virtual machine. I put in a few hours to make sure it would run smoothly and without interruptions every five minutes. But, things are running smoothly at this point.

Pros
  • Chip atheros ar9721, widely used
Cons
  • driver was terrible, and the business was even worse. In accordance with the eight-break rules

The V1 model I had worked flawlessly and was easy to set up with Linux, so I upgraded to the V2 model. No matter how many modules or pieces of firewood you install, V2 will not be declared in Linux. managers of technological systems. Although the necessary driver is available on the official site of the device's manufacturer, TP-customer LINK's service is unable to help you because of their lack of Linux OS expertise. If you need anything compatible with Linux, I suggest going back to version…

Pros
  • Only available on Mac and Windows.
Cons
  • In case you were hoping to use Linux with your new V2 device, you'll be disappointed to learn that Realtek RTL8188EUS has replaced the Atheros AR9002U (V1) chip, rendering it incompatible with Linux.

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

The laptop's internal wifi module had finally given out. This was taken in the backyard. A little over 1000 came out. Works perfectly for six months out of the year. No matter how close or far you are from the router, the speed you experience will be sufficient. Does not switch off, does not become too hot, and the cable that is given has an impressively high bandwidth. I was hesitant to try it because I had read some unfavorable feedback, but in the end, I am glad that I did. Installation was…

Pros
  • Very simply, there are no issues at all. Included is a wonderful extension cord. Removable antenna. It does not overheat, it maintains the connection flawlessly, it does not shut down, and the software that comes with the kit operates without a hitch. Excellent pricing!
Cons
  • No results found.

Best thing I have ever used, highly recommended!

During the installation process, some of the devices do not install the software. My initial assumption was that it would not operate with Windows 10, but it turned out to be something else: the adapter does not recognize any wireless networks in the area. Start "services" by going to the "control panel," then "system and security," then "administration" on your computer. Find the service that is labeled "WLAN AutoConfig Service" in the list. It should have the word "Working" written opposite…

Pros
  • The first day of work is always business as usual.
Cons
  • Throughout the first few days of the job, I was unable to find.

I am happy with everything, the product matches the description.

I've used the TL-WN353GD from the same manufacturer and can attest that it's as fun as dancing with a tambourine. I spent 2 days setting this thing up in access point mode, and my fears were unfounded. An asset to any and all relationships. After debating whether to get one with or without an antenna for quite some time, I finally settled on this one and haven't been disappointed. When standing 7 meters in direct line of sight, the signal quality is "good" (I think that without an antenna it…

Pros
  • Great value adaptor. Back up N. Installed with no hitches!
Cons
  • unclear where to look

It is of good quality, but I won't buy it again.

Purchased for use with a desktop computer. At first, I was even happy to have a decent signal, but eventually I realized that even the best things eventually come to an end. 1) The application that enables one to look for available wireless networks in a hurry was the first item that led to a negative opinion of the organization. It is easy to use, provides a lot of useful information, and is significantly superior to the one that comes integrated into Windows. But, due of it, the working…

Pros
  • Price, USB, and a wide selection
Cons
  • The useful component that is included with the kit. The connection to the network fails every so often.

Not worth taking this, doesn't meet any standards.

I used it as an access point on Win 7, the surfing is excellent, I even watched movies through it on the big screen, but with breaks. Tried different drivers but didn't help. I do not advise you to contact this model because the last century. Pros: Beautiful design, white color, compact size, connected via USB Cons below: The range is small, Skype refuses to work through it, the device itself works intermittently.

Perfect for my Linux laptop

Love it. Installed drivers from AUR (I use Antergos). I adjusted the settings in NetworkManager and everything worked perfectly. It looked like my router was out of range, but I just entered my name and password and it picked them up with no problems. You have no idea how many of them I've tried. Many Thanks.
