I like that this was not too hard for me or my team members who are new in our organization! The way they explain everything is very easy so we can understand it without any kind problems at all!! This software helped us with every little problem which might arise during our workday. Not much but still i have faced some minor issues while using their products. But nothing major because there's no need to face such things when you're working under someone else and he/she will guide u through out

I like that it's an easy way to get energy. I also like the way they make you fill out a long questionnaire, and then tell you what you need to do to get your bill down. I dislike that you have to fill out a questionnaire and then you are told what you need to do to get your bill down. It's not very easy to get information from them.
