I was very disappointed when the chair arrived. He was very handsome, but he had a flaw on his hand that would break with any use. So I sent it back for a replacement and it was damaged too. This time the leg was actually broken. It was sent back for a refund, I would like the chair.

bad quality. Your hands crack at the seams. One arrived with a completely broken arm. One arrived with open bolts, meaning a likely return. Looks nice, but the quality is terrible. The seller ignores my request to collect the damaged chair. He wants me to stop! I have done no harm. I would like to return all 4 for now. I would appreciate the tags to return these chairs.

I only received one chair but ordered two chairs. The ticket shows that my credit card was charged for two chairs, but I have yet to verify the total amount that was charged through my bank. The chair I received is defective. The pre-drilled holes don't line up properly with the pre-installed screws, so I can't attach the seat to the back of the chair.
