I don't really like gloves, but sometimes you need them. These are great gloves when a little extra warmth is needed. TrailHeads running gloves are lightweight, breathable and have a great fit. They are best suited for temperatures between 35 and 45 as cooler temperatures call for more insulating gloves. One downside - they don't have reflective properties like many of their peers. So far, they've weathered the laundry with no sign of marriage. The large size fits my hands well, but I think if you buy a size that is too tight, you will stretch and tear the glove. I wouldn't consider the latter a product defect

So far these gloves are great for their purpose of just keeping hands warm. The material is soft, they breathe well and don't seem to make your hands sweaty like other gloves. The material is very comfortable. They insulate well in colder times but I don't think they will be of much help in windy conditions. A flaw that really catches the eye. is construction. The inseam is so exaggerated that it feels like the material is cutting into your fingertips (imagine your socks if they're misaligned).

I work at school soccer games in the winter, so I need warm clothes. I can't grab the soccer referee's flags with the big, thick gloves, so I needed a thinner glove to do that with. Update (March 2018) These gloves remain very comfortable for my half marathon training. Apparently I didn't tuck my left glove deep enough into my running jacket and it fell out somewhere during my 10 mile run. Unfortunately, due to the weather (and because my goddamn legs were dead at the time) I succumbed to the fact that I'd have to buy a new pair of gloves. The first pair have been washed and dried a few times since I got them 3 months ago and they have held up very well and have not fallen
