Fantastic Customer Behavior Tracking Tool

I like that it is easy to use, has loads of features (customer data and insights are awesome) and is totally free until you get some serious usage going. There's nothing specifically about this tool that we dislike - maybe an occasional lack of user support or slow response time from customer service team when something goes awry? Great toolset & excellent customer service

I like that it has been integrated with Slack, which really helps drive engagement for my team as we share insights in one interface rather than two separate ones! The UI could be improved - maybe more information being available at once would make our work flow easier to use/understand (e g., dashboard shows me % of all messages marked unread but does not show individual statuses). Also considering integration so other CRM platforms can pull data into this platform instead just Salesforce /…

  • I like that it can integrate with other platforms like Salesforce and Hubspot and even Google Analytics! Additionally, the support team is very responsive and helpful when needing assistance!
Cons
  • I dislike that the UI is a little bit difficult to use and navigate

Great Analytics Platform That Has Strong Customer Support

I like that it's easy to use, has great customer support (both through email or in person), is very intuitive for new users as well as advanced ones who are familiar with other analytics tools out there such as Google Data Studio etc., can be used across all channels including web/mobile apps & native mobile applications - making insights from data much easier than before!
