The best thing about this program is its ease of use. I can easily import my files and quickly start analyzing them. This program is very user friendly which makes it easy to learn how to use. It's very easy to understand for newbies as well as advanced user alike; it has almost all features one would need in an analytical toolkit (i.e., text analysis/segmentation). The interface could be improved by having more intuitive controls such as drag-and-drop functionality or better color coding of different fields like "content" vs. metadata etc.; however this can also be said about many other tools out there so I don't have much else here!
