Don't waste money!

The software you should download is for Windows only and won't even open on a Mac. except that even on my desktop computer, which is a windows device, it won't boot and says it's outdated software. So if you buy them, you better be prepared that you have no idea how to go about it. Oh, and Microsoft Word won't reflect anything for this to work if you try to do it with Word. OH JOKE

Excellent customer service

I bought this product to print designs to be ironed onto t-shirts Need to become. I made a mistake ironing on the image of a butterfly so I tried to iron another option over it. Oops - that was the wrong thing. I called the seller and not only did he respond right away and help me, he even sent me a replacement pack with a different version of carbon paper. Hats off! My pictures came out great and I'm still wearing the t-shirts after many washes.

Very bad quality. Translations are very obscure

Very poor quality and very inconvenient to use. I'm an artist so I used a lot of carbon paper. This is the first time I have bought this brand. I used it on a tan background and translation although it looks correct. It has become very, very dark on the fabric. I also tried it on white and it was a little bit better but not by much. I think that when using carbon paper, the quality of the end product depends on the quality of the carbon paper. So, in my opinion, spend the extra money and buy a…
