The software you should download is for Windows only and won't even open on a Mac. except that even on my desktop computer, which is a windows device, it won't boot and says it's outdated software. I bought this product to print designs to be ironed onto t-shirts Need to become. I made a mistake ironing on the image of a butterfly so I tried to iron another option over it. Oops - that was the wrong thing. I called the seller and not only did he respond right away and help me, he even sent me a replacement pack with a different version of carbon paper. Hats off!
